South Australian Government adds MNF Enterprise to Voice and Unified Communications Services Panel

December 13, 2021

MNF Enterprise Services, part of Symbio (ASX: SYM), a specialist carrier for new-generation enterprise communications solutions has been selected by the South Australian Government (SA) as one of its new preferred providers for Voice and Unified Communications Services.

The state government will invest up to A$67.2 million on these technologies over the next five years, according to details just released on its tendering site. Vendors selected by the SA Government will have the option to extend their respective contracts at the end of the five-year period.

Greg Round, Head of Enterprise and Government, said the panel rounds out the company’s capabilities as a leading provider of unified voice communications technology for government services.

“Over the last two years we have seen a significant shift across government agencies towards cloud infrastructure, due to the increased demands for more feature rich infrastructure during the pandemic. These Cloud services provide the necessary scalability and efficiency to support remote working and enable governments to deliver critical support services across contact centres more seamlessly.

“Our national voice network is well-positioned to help the South Australian Government bridge the gap with leading cloud vendors including Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex and Genesys, to deliver world- class voice technology services across its agencies,” said Mr Round.

This latest panel is among several existing arrangements MNF Enterprise has with governments across Australia including the Federal Government (Digital Transformation Australia), NSW Government, Victorian Government, Tasmanian Government, and the West Australian Local Government. MNF Enterprise also has arrangements in the region with the Singapore and New Zealand governments.
